Counselling

Professional short-term counselling is available on campus for students seeking mental health support. Sessions are one-on-one, evidence-based, and last 50 minutes. Students can typically rebook every two weeks for a limited number of sessions. For long-term or weekly needs, staff will help connect you with external resources.

How to access counselling:

  1. Fill out the Google Form with your Concordia email and student ID.

  2. Book an appointment through the clinician’s calendar or at the Student Success Centre.

  3. Continue scheduling as needed through the same portal.
