LEADERSHIP THAT REPRESENTS STUDENTS

Your Voice in Action

Student leadership is about more than holding a position. It is about representing student interests, advocating for positive change, and helping shape the future of campus life.

CUESA student leaders work directly with university administration, student groups, and community partners to ensure student perspectives are reflected in decisions that affect the student experience.

Through advocacy, governance, events, and strategic initiatives, student leaders help create a campus community that is responsive, inclusive, and student-focused.

GOVERNANCE & ACCOUNTABILITY

Transparency Through Representation

Effective student leadership is built on accountability, transparency, and trust.

Governance documents, elections, policies, and meeting records help ensure that student representatives remain accountable to the community they serve and that important decisions are made openly and responsibly.

By making these resources accessible, CUESA gives every student the opportunity to stay informed, participate in the democratic process, and help shape the future of campus life.

Governance Resources Include

  • Constitution and Bylaws
  • Policies and Procedures
  • Elections Information
  • Meeting Minutes
  • Annual Reports
  • Strategic Planning Documents

Bylaws and Policies will be posted by the beginning of the Fall Term 2026

LEADERSHIP IN ACTION

Creating Positive Change Together

The strongest campus communities are shaped by students who choose to participate.

By advocating for their peers, supporting initiatives, organizing events, and contributing to long-term planning, student leaders help create experiences that extend far beyond the classroom.

Leadership is ultimately an act of stewardship; strengthening the community you belong to while creating opportunities for the students who will come after you.
